Ove Söderberg

Mr. Ove Söderberg is a partner of Amazoco and has over 20 years experience of sales, marketing and business management. Prior to joining Amazoco he worked for Compaq and HP, where he served as Dealer Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Major Account Manager, Director of the Consumer Division and the PC Division. As Director he was a member of the Swedish management team for Compaq. In addition to above Mr. Söderberg has experience from wireless solutions and solution sales. Mr. Söderberg has his business focus on the IT, Telecom and Retail markets.

Lars Holmberg

Mr. Lars Holmberg founded Amazoco together with Mathias Wassén in 2003 and is a partner of the company. Mr. Holmberg has more than 25 years of experience within the IT-industry at different positions as Sales (Account Manager, Major Account Mgr and Global Account Mgr), Sales Management , Managing Director etc. in companies like HP, Computer Vision, Cognos, Ingres, Compuware, Informix, Netmanage and more. Before starting Amazoco he was the CEO of Swanhome Distribution AB, an IT Security VAD (Value Added Distributor) with its business in Sweden. Mr. Holmberg has his business focus on the IT and Telecom markets.

Mathias Wassén

Mr. Mathias Wassén, partner and founder of Amazoco, has 25 years experience of sales and sales management in the ICT-industry. Mr. Wassén started his career at Ericsson as Account Manager, moved to Compaq as the first sales resource in 1988 when Compaq was founded in Sweden. Mr. Wassén served as Dealer Sales Manager, building up the partner network from day one and was also involved in building up the consumer group and managing the distributors. Since 2002 Mr. Wassén has been working as an entrepreneur building up a couple of own businesses such as IT-trading and business development.

Torvald Bohlin

Torvald Bohlin has among many assignments been CEO for Aftonbladet, a leading daily paper. CEO for Neonet and Executive Vice President of the Telia Group. At Telia he was responsible as chairman of the board for ComHem and Eniro. Torvald Bohlin has for over 30 years in the Swedish industry been active as chairman of the board or member of the board in about fifty enterprises in Sweden and internationally. His assignments have mostly been in Industries as media, telecom and IT. Today Torvald Bohlin is working within private equity and has several board assignments, especially within new venture capital funded companies.

Mr. Tzvika Friedman - Advisory Board Member

Tzvika Friedman is currently CEO of Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR), a position he has held since October 2005. Prior to that Mr. Friedman served for five years as Alvarion’s President and Chief Operating Officer, assuming responsibility for the myriad facets of the company's day-to-day management including R&D, operations, sales, and marketing and customer service. Before that Mr. Friedman was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Next Generation Telephony and DCME division of ECI Telecom, and Vice President of Marketing and Sales of ECI Telecom's SDH division. Mr. Friedman holds a masters degree in electrical engineering (M.Sc.E.E.) from Tel Aviv University and a Sloan Program Masters degree in management (M.Sc.M.) from the London Business School.

Hemy Tzubary - Co-Founder, CEO

Mr. Hemy Tzubary is Co-Founder and Chief Executive of One Smart Star™. Prior to that, Mr. Tzubary served as CFO and COO of ART – Advanced Recognition Technologies Inc, voice and handwriting recognition software company, where he oversaw the company’s daily operations, leading ART, to two private placements, as well as its later merger with ScanSoft Inc, a US NASDAQ listed company. Prior to that, he was controller at Global Trade Center, one of Eastern Europe’s largest real-estate developers. Mr. Tzubary has a BA in Business Administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

David Sussan - Co-Founder, President

Mr. Sussan is Co-Founder and President of One Smart Star™. Prior to that he was the owner and CEO of Kesem Real Estate and Development Company. Established in 1989, Kesem provides planning and development services to a large range of commercial and governmental projects. Kesem also builds water storage facilities, and automated firefighting systems. Mr. Sussan studied electrical engineering and worked in the field several years prior to establishing Kesem Real Estate and Development.
